Se vedeste sparire la pagina Twitter di afNews, non date la colpa a me, ma magari alla LEGO e alla sezione copyright di Twitter, ok?
Cosa è successo? afNews ha pubblicato qualche giorno fa questo post: https://www.afnews.info/wordpress/2015/08/15/ecco-i-lego-di-star-wars-the-force-awakens/ che rilanciava la notizia pubblicata da ComicBookMovie. com (http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/JoshWildingNewsAndReviews/news/?a=124023). Lì (su ComicBookMovie) appariva l’immagine incriminata che, secondo la LEGO sarebbe stata “rubata” (non da me, ovviamente) e ieri sera ricevo questo messaggio:

E’ nel loro diritto, ovvio, nonostante io e gli altri utenti di Twitter che hanno riportato il post di ComicBookMovie fossimo naturalmente del tutto inconsapevoli della supposta illegalità dell’immagine ivi pubblicata (giacché nessun Tribunale si è pronunciato e potrebbe anche essere una delle solite manovre pubblicitarie virali). La cosa buffa è che ormai quelle immagini sono ovunque nella rete, come dimostra una banale ricerca su Google:

No, è tutto vero, non è una trovata pubblicitaria. Io ne ero al corrente e mi sono ben guardato dal postare o linkare quelle immagini. D’altra parte è anche vero che un utente “normale” (come possono essere tutti i siti non specializzati) non aveva modo di saperlo (le immagini sono “pulite” non hanno nessun watermark), per cui la situazione era (ed è) alquanto ingarbugliata…
L’embargo comunque rimane fino al 4 settembre.
Claro. Non avevo notizie di embarghi. Inutili, peraltro, ma questa è un’altra storia, visto che qualcuno della Lego le ha fatte uscire di straforo e a quel punto viaggiano per il pianeta… Qui (non sto a dire dove, ma si trovano ancora tutte e grandi, in un sacco di posti, a parte Twitter) di immagini ne vedo ben 12. In particolare mi piace il Millennium Falcon, manco a dirlo, circa 150 dollari. :-)
Mi correggo: Twitter non è stato così efficiente – si trovano anche su Twitter in parecchi posti…
