Framed for an assault on the town’s most beloved entertainer, Two-Headed Cop becomes a fugitive from the law and a pariah to the very citizens he’s meant to protect. He must navigate the dark labyrinth of Fat City to find the key to clearing his name, and to find the man behind it all, a mysterious figure from out of the past.
Two-Headed Cop is an independently financed, computer animated film currently in production. It was originally created as an animated tv series pitch, but then we just decided to fund and create it ourselves. The film is what would’ve been the pilot of the series, and will be a little less than a half-hour long.
There’s a lot of tough talk, cheap thrills, and hard take-downs. There’s a cop pushed to the edge, a mad-man out for revenge, and more grifters and goons than you can shake a stick at.
However, it isn’t simply an animated homage to ‘40s cinema, because it’s not our world, but rather an off-kilter version of it.
It’s a world where a dog might talk like a man, a man might walk like an ape, and a dancing naked fat guy is the hottest show in town. A world with no sense of scale, where a cop as small as a lunchbox chases a crook as big as a lunch truck. Where the biggest thug in town walks through walls like they were made of paper. A world where there is no “normal”, but the closest you can get to it is Two-Headed Cop.
