Con molto ritardo recensiamo il numero 6 della rivista. L’attesa non è stata inutile, perché nel frattempo c’è anche qualcosa di nuovo. Cominciamo col numero 6 che comprende: Editorial (C. Viard) – Les secrets d’Edgard – 3 (P. Biermé) – Sur Jacobs, dix ans après sa mort (D. Petitfaux) – Nieuwe oogst, nieuw leven (tavola da Terre et Nation) – De l’imaginaire à la réalité (J-M. André) – Une vision de Jacobs (D. Bréchoteau) – Le monde souterrain dans B&M (G. Vogliotti) – Le vaisseau spatial (B. Verley). Tutti gli articoli sono interessanti, ma tra tutti sceglierei quello di Bréchoteau come esempio di ciò che dovrebbe maggiormente interessare i soci, più che un semplice compiacimento nel ricordo del grande maestro. Abbiamo 
qui un’analisi accurata dello stile di Jacobs, della composizione della pagina e dei meccanismi della sua arte narrativa. Un articolo avvincente che va in una direzione produttiva e che dice qualcosa di nuovo. Il numero 7 della rivista non è uscito, ma al suo posto i soci ricevono un bellissimo portfolio contenente stampe a colori delle 14 copertine fatte da Jacobs per Tintin durante la pubblicazione della prima parte di Le Secret de l’Espadon. Solo 399 copie sono state stampate, con un astuccio in cartone con quattro immagini a rilievo sotto il titolo. Un oggetto molto raffinato che farà felici molte persone. This is a very late review of issue 6. But the wait has not been in vain, for meanwhile there is now something else to review. Let us start with issue 6 of the magazine, which contains the following: Editorial (C. Viard) – Les secrets d’Edgard – 3 (P. Biermé) – Sur Jacobs, dix ans après sa mort (D. Petitfaux) – Nieuwe oogst, nieuw leven (plate from Terre et Nation) – De l’imaginaire à la réalité (J-M. André) – Une vision de Jacobs (D. Bréchoteau) – Le monde souterrain dans B&M (G. Vogliotti) – Le vaisseau spatial (B. Verley). Whilst all these contributions are interesting, I would select Bréchoteau’s article as an example of what the Amis should be more interested in, 
rather than just wallow in the remembrance of the great master. This is a careful analysis of Jacobs’ style, of the composition of his pages and of the mechanisms at work in his narrative art. A highly compelling article that goes in a productive direction and covers new ground. Issue 7 of the magazine has not appeared, but what the Amis get instead is a beautiful portfolio containing prints of the 14 covers Jacobs made for Tintin on publication of the first part of Le Secret de l’Espadon. Only 399 copies have been made on thick paper, with a cardboard etui featuring four embossed images below the title. A very fine object that will make many people happy. But are we going to see a proper issue of the magazine for 2010, or is this all? [Guido Vogliotti]
