In uscita: Alla ricerca di Calvin and Hobbes

3.160 strisce. Dieci anni di fumetti (1985-1995) che hanno lasciato un segno indelebile, senza aver avuto bisogno di merchandising, licensing, film et similia. Ovviamente parliamo di Calvin & Hobbes (se non l’avete mai letto, dovete farlo!) di Bill Watterson, autore talmente schivo che, quando ha deciso di chiudere la famosa striscia, si è ritirato in una cittadina statunitense a dipingere per i fatti suoi, rendendosi irreperibile alle richieste di intervista. Come avrà fatto, allora, Nevin Martell a scrivere “Looking for Calvin and Hobbes: The Unconventional Story of Bill Watterson and his Revolutionary Comic Strip” (Continuum Press – click la copertina qui accanto), in uscita in ottobre 2009?
