Scott McCloud, l'autore del best-seller Capire il Fumetto (edizione italiana per la Vittorio Pavesio Productions di Understanding Comics), il famoso saggio a fumetti sul linguaggio del fumetto, sta lavorando a una sorta di "continuazione" del discorso intrapreso allora. Il volume s'intitolerà Reinventing Comics, sarà nello stesso formato di Understanding Comics e si occuperà dei molti tentativi per migliorare la realizzazione e la lettura del fumetto, trattando in particolare i comics americani nella prima parte e il rapporto fumetto e informatica nella seconda. Edizione HarperCollins con l'intervento della DC Comics nelle fumetterie.

Scott McCloud (http://www.scottmccloud.com), the well known creator of Understanding Comics, is at work on Reinventing Comics. It will be in the same format as Understanding Comics and will deal with the many attempts over the years to change the way comics are made and read for the better. There's more about American comics in the first part but the second part is about computers and comics and is quite universal. HarperCollins is handling international rights. (Kitchen Sink, as you may know, is not around anymore. DC Comics will publish it in comics stores).
